However, considering hygiene concerns and the impact of the recent pandemic, we regret to inform you that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, and therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for such products once sold or delivered.
Damage During Delivery
Alacrity is not responsible for any damage caused to the products after delivery.

Exchange Policy Terms:
- A mandatory unboxing video is required to validate any damage claim.
- Claims must be raised within 48 business hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the claim.
- Exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Alacrity.
- Damage caused by customer mishandling will not be covered under this policy.
- Once your exchange request is accepted, the process will be completed within 7–21 business days.
Return Policy:
All products once purchased are non-refundable. However, a product may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- Delivered with missing parts or accessories.
- The product remains unopened and untampered.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for any product once purchased. However, in cases where a replacement or exchange is not feasible due to stock unavailability or any exceptional circumstance approved by Alacrity, a refund may be considered. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-21 business days after the approval, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that the decision for refunds rests solely with Alacrity and will be made on a case-to-case basis.
